Vineyard

Vineyards planted on brown limestone soils with a sandy loam texture, irrigated with snowmelt from the Pyrenees Mountains. Tempranillo is grown in Olvena, and Merlot and Syrah are grown in Estadilla.

ELABORATION

Harvest date determined by grape tasting and must analysis. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks for 8 days. After malolactic fermentation, the wines are clarified, and the technical team decides on the final blend of varieties prior to bottling.

TASTING

The combination of aromas of black forest fruits, licorice, and spices make this a wonderful wine to enjoy on any occasion.
