The nose and palate are greeted by intense black fruit and spicy hues, combined with toasted compounds added by the oak tree. It relished full-bodied texture, which leaves long and elegant aftertaste.

The grapes harvesting time is determined by grapes tasting and must analytical control. The grapes then ferment in stainless steel tanks. After the maceration, the pressed grapes and skins are separated from the free-run wine. The free-run wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and rests in oak barrels for 6 months. The wine remains again in stainless steel tanks until finally bottled.
