The Leo & Niné winery, in the Somontano DO, presents: CRUSH, an exceptional rosé made with 100% Garnacha Tinta, emerges from vineyards on pardo soils—limestone with a sandy loam texture—meticulously irrigated with pure water from the melting snow of the majestic Pyrenees mountains. Cultivated and Vinified with Passion: Nestled in the town of Olvena, Leo & Niné's vineyards undergo meticulous green pruning and manual thinning. Artisanal practices regulate the production of the vines, ensuring that only the best grapes are selected for winemaking.
The harvest takes place a few days before the grapes reach full ripeness, thus preserving the freshness and distinctive acidity that characterize CRUSH. The process continues with gentle pressing, obtaining the must that will give life to this elixir. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a very low temperature for 14 days, culminating in careful racking. The wine rests on its fine lees for 4 months, revealing exceptional complexity and smoothness that define it.
