VINEYARD
Vineyards on brown-calcareous soils with a sandy loam texture, irrigated with meltwater from the Pyrenees mountains. Chardonnay and Gewürztraminer are grown in the town of Olvena, Huesca, Spain.
WINEMAKING
The harvest date is determined by tasting the grapes. The must is macerated with the grape skins for 24 hours at a low temperature. After pressing, the must ferments in stainless steel tanks at a low temperature for 14 days. Finally, the wine remains for 4 months in a stainless steel tank without oxygen contact until bottling.
TASTING NOTES
Pale yellow in color, the wine exhibits aromas of citrus and tropical fruits, with a floral background provided by the Gewürztraminer. It is fresh, pleasant, and exquisitely flavored.
