Vineyard

Vineyards on brown-limestone soils with a sandy loam texture, irrigated with meltwater from the Pyrenees mountains. Tempranillo grown in the town of Olvena, Merlot in Estadilla.

PRODUCTION

Harvest date determined by grape tasting and must analysis. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks for 8 days. After malolactic fermentation, the wines are clarified, and the technical team decides on the final blending of the varieties prior to bottling.

TASTING NOTES

The combination of aromas of black forest fruits, licorice, and spices make this a superb wine to enjoy on any occasion.
